Does denver allow trench-less sewer repairs?
A Denver sewer line replacement is different than the neighboring cities. In, the City of Denver, a sewer permit has a lot more regulation’s than any other city in the Metropolitan area. The only 100% approved method for a trench-less sewer replacement is CIPP Cure In Place Pipe also known as a Sewer Liner. A licensed expert should determine if the line is able to have a CIPP done to manufacturers specifications. Under some circumstances , Denver will allow the pipe bursting method under very rare conditions. Those being if the homes garage is original and the sewer is running under it. If the Garage is not original, it will be denied. Allowed to under the section of city sidewalk, or under historical tree or structures. Every other city in Colorado allows pipe bursting replacements. Denver has their own set of rules

I always say replace your sewer if you’re tired of cleaning up sewer backups and/or having plumbers coming in and out of your home or business all the time. Or while doing a remodel, before any flooring is done, if the city tells you too, or when selling a home. We understand it isn’t easy to invest in a sewer line, at least you can rest getting a very fare price and the job done in one day.
