Quote Approval & Deposits

Customer must sign a provided quote to approve the work and authorize scheduling.

Additional Costs

If unforeseen conditions arise (e.g., hidden damage, code upgrades, or unexpected obstructions), additional charges may apply. The customer will be notified before proceeding.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations after approval but before work begins will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

Warranty Terms

Workmanship Warranty: Our labor is warranted for 1 year from the completion date, covering defects in installation.

Material Warranty: Manufacturer warranties apply to all parts and materials used. We are not responsible for third-party manufacturing defects.

Exclusions: Warranties do not cover misuse, clogs, acts of nature, customer-supplied parts, or damage resulting from neglect or lack of maintenance.

Lien Notice (Required under Colorado law for unpaid work)

Under Colorado Revised Statutes § 38-22-101, Denver Drain Experts reserves the right to file a mechanic’s lien against the property if payment is not received in full. The customer acknowledges this notice upon signing.

Denver Drain Experts is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden plumbing issues (e.g., pipe corrosion, root intrusion), or damages resulting from neglected maintenance or misuse.
